Support
Our standard support is for products we have built or sold. Support is on basic issues, and in some instances we may ask you to bring the product in for us to fix. As long as your product is under warranty and purchased from us, there will be no service charge. If your product was purchased elsewhere or no longer under warranty, there will be a charge of $50.00 per hour. Zero format and reinstall costs $50.00 flat rate. (no per hour charge on this service) You will need to bring in the tower and any software that came with the computer at the time of purchase. Service Contracts are available for 24/7 Tech Support.
